I would really recommend reading Getting Things Done by David Allen. You don't have to follow everything but putting into place some of the concepts could be helpful.<br />Merlin Mann of 43Folders giving a Tech Talk at the Google Campus on how to manage all that email. Warning, Merlin gets passionate and sometimes lays down some profanity.<br /><span style="font-weight:bold;color:green;background-color:#cfc;">Here is the Video of it.</span><br />After reading David Allen's book Getting Things Done you might have some questions.
